Jay L. Bartelstone
Managing Director
Jay has a broad and diverse investment and operating management background, having held a number of Senior Executive positions in the financial services industry, including the supervision of an array of domestic and international banking operations at Citicorp, New York. He was responsible for the direction of the investment management, trust and private banking operations at Union Bank, Los Angeles, and held the positions of CEO and Vice Chairman of Columbia Bank and the Bank of Los Angeles respectively. Jay currently has investments in alternative energy, hotels and business growth situations on behalf of his investment trust. Jay is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and received his M.B.A with an emphasis in Finance from Fordham University in New York. Jay currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of a number of alternative energy and technology related public and private companies.
Harvey Goldberg

Harvey has held senior financial executive positions at several public and private companies. His broad experience includes all types of transactions, ranging from acquisitions, divestitures, public offerings, private placements, banking arrangements and extensive contract negotiation. Most recently, he has been a consultant to several start up companies including some involved in the Internet, computer components and direct marketing. Previously, he was a Senior Executive, Chief Financial Officer and Financial Executive at such public companies as Player International (gaming and marketing), Marcade Group (retail, manufacturing and importing), Revlon and CBS. Prior to joining the public sector Harvey was employed in public accounting where he became a Certified Public Accountant. He has a B.S. in Accounting from Brooklyn College (now part of the City University of New York).
Jim Pinto

Jim Pinto comes to us with 25 years of business experience in both the domestic and international marketplace, where he has worked with large corporations and small privately held companies. His area of expertise is business development, with a focus in the high-tech arena. He currently holds a patent for Semiconductor Fluid Systems. Jim has developed international business strategies for GTE and Sylvania, as well as negotiated a joint venture project between the Japanese, Taiwanese and members of the Royal Thai family, which resulted in a Board of Opportunity Investment Package. The success of numerous start-up companies is the direct result of business plans Jim put together. He was appointed to the International University Fund of Development in Moscow, to create business strategies for the east-bloc business community. California State University, Fullerton has recognized Jim's expertise in the international business community by calling upon him to be a guest speaker for The Center for the Study of Emerging Markets. Jim is currently working on a project basis with a major international company to develop a "pull-through" business strategy, which will unite U.S. based companies with a Six-Sigma manufacturing company in China. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Business from Southern New Hampshire University, and his Master's of International Business from Northfield University, Great Britain.
Barry Lundvall

Barry has more than 27 years of experience in the upstream with Exxon Mobil. The majority of his career was spent as a domestic and international construction site manager all over the world. He has construction experience in onshore oil and gas processing facilities, cogeneration plants, storage tanks, pipelines, power cables, roads and bridges. His offshore construction experience includes deep draft caisson vessels, FPSO’s, and shallow water platforms. These projects were executed on four continents with a total value of $2 billion. Other oil and gas experience includes supervising production operations, well repairs, and environmental compliance. Barry holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington. Barry is active in projects affecting his community and currently is a director and treasurer of his homeowner’s association.
William A.
“Bert” Pigg

William A. “Bert” Pigg received his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law in 1995 and his B.A. summa cum laude from Fordham University in 1992. Licensed in Texas and Louisiana, Mr. Pigg practiced law with a firm in New Orleans until Hurricane Katrina, after which he became a solo practitioner. In addition to his state court practice, Mr. Pigg is a former Special Counsel to the Chapter 7 Trustee in the Western District of Louisiana and has appeared before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and numerous Federal Courts in Texas, Louisiana, California, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. For the past 30 years, Bert has provided business advice, counsel, and litigation services to a number of businesses ranging from startups to established corporations across a broad spectrum of endeavors including biotech, cannabis, food service, import/export, international trade and shipping, labor and union activities, and the film industry. He currently serves as a director of Analytic Holdings, Inc. Past board memberships include Visiting Nurses of America, Actors Equity Association, New Orleans International Ballet Conference, the Krewe of Orpheus, and the McKinney Classic Film Festival. During the course of his career, Mr. Pigg has won more than 90% of the cases he has brought to trial. His fifteen minutes of fame occurred when he appeared on CNN in connection with one of the Michael Jackson molestation cases. He is the Executive Producer of the feature film “Sea of Fear,” the Producer of the award winning short film “Texas Girl,” and the award winning writer of the screenplays "Some Desperate Glory," "The Assassin's Shadow," and "Northern Lights."
